A sound bath is a meditative journey where great healing, miracles, and clarities can take place. Utilizing the power of sound as medicine is an ancient practice that can lift the spirit towards equilibrium, realigning dissonance that cause blockages and physical illnesses.
For those who have never attended, here is what you can expect: as you relax into your personal space we will all journey into a deep state of relaxation and begin the sound bath. Using the combination of different vibrations - the shruti box, voice, Tibetan sound bowls, tingcha, crystal bowl, crystal singing triangle, chimes, and drumming, this experience can act as a form of meditation which can shift the brain state and stimulate deep healing and a higher cultivation of Life Force.

When I built the chamber I wanted to use the ancient tools but I also use modern technology. There is no limit to the rooms capacity because I am able to access a full audible spectrum! I can target all centers with the right composition of instruments whether it be organic or digital. Bathing the practitioner in sound energy is easy when you have the right room!
The goal is to ground and bring about equilibrium. You will leave feeling refreshed and revitalized! It works just like magic!!

What is the Castle Rock Goat Sanctuary?
Castle Rock Goat Sanctuary was founded by Carrie Martin, who initially planned to milk her goats but soon discovered challenges with the process. In 2023, she partnered with Goat Walkabouts and Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga to give her herd a new purpose centered on rescue and community healing.
Since then, the sanctuary has grown with new structures, upgrades, and a beautiful goat yoga enclosure that visitors can enjoy. Together, we're building a space where goats and people thrive.
